Internal Epicondyle should appear before Trochlea.
The avulsed Internal Epicondyle is visible posteriorly within the joint- red arrow.

Capitellum is visible and there is early ossification of the radial head.

There is a small bony fragment in the region of the External epicondyle.

This would not be expected before the age of 11.

On the lateral there is a distal humeral fracture that explains this appearance.
