Common: 10% of all Paediatric elbow fractures.

Peak ages 7-15 years

50% of Medial Epicondyle fractures are associated with dislocation of the elbow.
Distinguish Epicondyle (common) from Condyl fracture (very rare). Condyle fractures are intraarticular and require ORIF.
