Seymore Fracture
Displaced distal phalageal physeal fracture with associated nailbed injury.

Appears as Mallet finger but extensor tenson is intact- deformity is from fracture.

Middle finger is most common

Normally Salter Harris II

Prone to infection, often need surgical managment.
MANAGEMENT

Analgesia

Antibiotics
-
Irrigate as possible and splint in extension (flexor surface splint)
